How it works

We are looking for your best score over the month and this score determines your world ranking for that particular month. Depending on your handicap, you fall into one of 4 divisions. Division 1 is for handicaps of up to 5.4. Division 2 is for handicaps from 5.5 - 12.4. Division 3 is for handicaps from 12.5 - 20.4. Division 4 is for handicaps from 20.5 - 28.

How many times can you enter during a month?

As many times as you like. If you shoot a great score on the 1st of the month, enter that score. If you play the next day and shoot a better score, enter that score too. Every time you improve during the month, enter your new improved score. During the month you can keep checking back to the site to see how you are doing. The title is open and moving during the whole month as the scores come in.You could win it on the 1st of the month if you post a great score and nobody can catch you by the end of the month. Kind of like the PGA clubhouse lead.

So what do you have to send us?

Simple. It is the information in the form at the bottom of the home page. Basically, who you are, where you are from, what course you played and when, what your score was and what your handicap is.

Medal or Stableford points?

Either is fine. For example, if you shoot 83 medal off a 13 handicap on a par 72 course then your score is minus 2 (83 - 13 = 70 (compared to a par of 72). Alternatively, if you score 38 points off a 13 handicap, you have scored 2 points better than expected. This is because a 13 handicapper playing a par 72 course should score 36 points if playing to his/her handicap. Therefore, your score is also minus 2. So a golfer who scores 38 points off a 13 handicap or 83 off a 13 handicap are both going to be the same in terms of ranking.
